（2）扶持残疾人福利性单位，并将其视同小微型企业；

(c)本项目的特定资格要求：（1）响应单位须为中华人民共和国境内依法注册的法人或其他组织；

（3）其他资质：具备工程咨询、工程设计、工程监理、施工总承包、房地产开发等其中一项资质；
（4）本次招标不接受联合投标。        

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: (1) The responding unit must be a legal person or other organization registered in accordance with the law within the territory of the People's Republic of China;(2) The same person in charge of the unit or different suppliers with direct controlling or management relationships shall not participate in government procurement activities under the same contract;(3) Other qualifications: possessing one of the qualifications such as engineering consulting, engineering design, engineering supervision, construction general contracting, real estate development, etc;
(4) This tender does not accept joint bidding.
